Well look who is back from traveling the world?  OK, not REALLY, but I have been all over some states like FL, TN, SC, NC & GA!   I took part of November and all of December on a whirlwind hehe!  I packed my new car (Mini Pearl as I like to call her) down and headed on a glorious road trip that embarked on seeing LOTS of old faces, new faces, new places and LOTS of coffee shops.  I slept in spaces I didn’t know existed.  It was a NO ORDINARY road trip!  One that added about 10,000 miles on my new car!  I mean, aye… isn’t that what a car is for?  To take all OVER the place?

So HAPPY NEW YEAR people!!!  Can you believe we are in 2015?  Neither can I!!!  What’s even crazier is the fact that February is literally right around the corner, LITERALLY
 and do you know what that means?  The month of LOVE, Valentine’s DAY will soon be here!  Of course I’m single and ready to mingle, but you know, for all of us single ladies, we all need some pick me ups on that “special day” that some like to call it.  Well, little do you know, my good friend over at Beautiful Booze whipped something special up JUST for me.

 Pineapple Tequila Sour

Will you please check out this drink?   Can we say YUMMMMMMM!!

This definitely is a NO ORDINARY DRINK for NO ORDINARY LIZ, why do you ask?  Well just take a look at what’s in this bad boy…

Recipe: Pineapple Tequila Sour

Ingredients

1.5 ounces of tequila

2 ounces of fresh pineapple juice

½ tablespoon of agave

1/2 lemon, juiced

1 egg white

1 cup of ice

Garnish: pineapple

Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker combine tequila, pineapple juice, agave, lemon juice, and egg white

Shake until foamy then add ice and shake until chilled

Strain mixture into glass

Garnish with pineapple

Yields: 1 serving
